About the Role
As a Full Cycle Sales Professional, you will manage every stage of the sales process independently. This includes initiating contact with potential clients, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and ultimately closing sales. You will be the primary point of contact, responsible for the customer's success from start to finish.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via phone and video calls.
Build rapport and establish trust with prospects, demonstrating empathy and active listening.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of our insurance products.
Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities from initial contact to deal closure.
Effectively navigate and utilize CRM systems to track progress and manage customer interactions.
Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
Compensation
This role offers significant earning potential, with expected earnings ranging from $75,000 to $350,000 annually, tied directly to your sales performance. Your success directly impacts your income, providing a rewarding path for driven individuals.
Qualifications
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be 18 or older.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must have access to a mobile device with cellular data and reliable home internet.
Must hold a Life and Health Insurance license.
Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust over phone and video.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, across various digital platforms.
Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
