Sales Recruiter

Join our dynamic recruiting organization as a Sales Recruiter. In this role, you will partner with leaders across the business, focusing on our Marketing and Sales departments. You will engage in full-cycle recruiting, provide a best-in-class candidate experience, and drive improvements to our overall recruiting practices. Ideal candidates will have experience in employer branding, full-cycle recruiting for marketing and sales roles, and a passion for technology and 3D printing.

• Engage in full cycle recruiting by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple departments, with a focus on marketing and sales roles.
• Support the business by partnering with leaders across the organization to find and attract top talent, and provide a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale overall recruiting practices, and train hiring managers on effective hiring approaches.

• Have experience in executing employer branding projects
• Are comfortable navigating an ATS (we use Greenhouse), CRM (we use Gem), and Google Sheets
• Have full-cycle recruiting experience with marketing and/or sales roles – from sourcing passive candidates to negotiating offers
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft unique, effective messaging to candidates
• Have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find and engage with passive and diverse talent
• Have a bias for action and are solution oriented
• Ready to jump in and support hiring needs across the company: tech, marketing, services, sales, finance, etc
• Love to establish connections, links and meet new people
• Naturally tend towards data to track results and improve process
• Have experience recruiting for engineering roles
• Passion for technology and 3D printing
• Complex project/program management
• International recruiting experience
