• Driving project management across SentinelOne's MSSP business, including product transition strategies and key strategic programs.
• Tracking and monitoring deliverables for the MSSP product transition strategy, defining key milestones, and working cross-functionally to keep project timelines on track.
• Building and maintaining the project management operating system for MSSP, including project plans, dependency maps, and a status reporting cadence.

• Prior technical program management experience in SaaS or a technical domain is preferred
• The ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, using data and metrics to inform decisions, measure success, and identify areas for improvement
• Project management experience within partner operations, sales operations, or partner experience functions
• Technical aptitude paired with a strong understanding of the business side, ensuring a holistic approach
• Strong relationship-building skills across organizational levels, with expertise in managing diverse stakeholder expectations and a proven track record of making informed decisions and standing firm when necessary to drive project success
• 3 or more years of experience creating dashboards and visualizations, including SQL, data aggregation, and AI tooling such as Claude
• Familiarity with risk management processes and strategies that keep projects proceeding smoothly
• The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, driving requirements and projects with global, diverse teams
• 5 or more years of progressive experience working in MSSPs, enterprise software, cybersecurity, or the technology industry
• Experience with project management tooling, such as Asana, Jira, and Google Workspace
