UC Consultant&Coach

Join MSX International, a global leader in automotive solutions, as a UC Consultant & Coach. In this field-based role, you will support dealerships in improving their used vehicle operations, commercial performance, and overall business results. You will act as both a coach and consultant, working closely with dealer management teams to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and drive sustainable performance across the network.

• Coaching and supporting dealerships to improve operational and commercial performance.
• Driving the implementation and continuous improvement of used vehicle programs.
• Analyzing business performance and providing actionable recommendations.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive retail, consulting, dealer network development, or used vehicle operations.
• Strong understanding of dealership processes and performance management.
• Experience coaching, influencing, and supporting business transformation initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized approach to work.
