As a Connected Services Field Coach, you will drive success, build relationships, and transform dealership performance. You will provide hands-on coaching, strategic consulting, and data-driven insights to empower dealership personnel and improve customer experiences. This role requires a passion for technology, coaching, and helping others succeed.

• Coaching and developing dealership personnel on connected services sales, activation, and customer support.
• Conducting regular dealership visits to provide ongoing support, guidance, and performance coaching.
• Analyzing dealership performance metrics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies.

· 3+ years of experience in automotive, coaching or consulting, preferably with a focus on vehicle or dealer technology.

· Strong understanding of connected services and their value proposition.

· Strong coaching skills

· Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective coaching sessions.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

· Ability to build rapport and establish trust with dealership personnel.

· Strong analytical and proablem-solving skills.

· Proficient in using CRM and other sales-related software.

· Must love travel – 80% travel required. Local travel 2-4 days a week in dealer and Friday are admin days (work home).

· Travel is primarily driving by may occasionally require air travel

· Bachelor's degree is preferred

· High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate may not have been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At MSXi, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90k to $100k based on current experience.
