The IT Investment & Economic Business Case Project Manager will lead the development, analysis, and governance of business cases supporting strategic technology investments within a large-scale federal environment. This role focuses on evaluating investment opportunities, building financial and operational models, and preparing executive-level recommendations to support informed decision-making. You will work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to translate operational needs into clearly defined requirements, costs, benefits, risks, and implementation plans.
