Lead Principal Field Sales Trainer

The Lead Principal Field Sales Trainer serves as a field-based extension of Commercial Learning & Development, helping translate training strategies and commercial priorities into effective, consistent sales execution. Working closely with training and sales leadership, this role strengthens representative capabilities through hands-on coaching, field observations, and targeted development. The position supports new-hire onboarding, ongoing sales training, product launches, and other learning initiatives.

It also identifies performance trends and capability gaps to inform future development strategies. This is a highly collaborative, customer-focused role suited to an experienced sales or training professional who can work independently while maintaining strong alignment with organizational priorities. The position is remote, with extensive field travel across the United States.
