Chef de Partie

We are looking for a chef de Partie who wants more than every day catering. From individual meals for guests and crew to conferences, banquets, weddings, and gala dinners—no two days are the a Chef de Partie, you will support the senior Chef de Partie and the Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations, working in a hands-on capacity across various sections and service styles.Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the preparation of banquets, buffets, conferences, and events
• Working across all kitchen outlets, ranging from à la carte service to large-scale events
• Helping with mise en place, service execution, and quality control
• Ensuring consistent high quality
• Adhering to guidelines for food safety, hygiene, inventory management, and waste disposal
• Supporting the team during busy service periods with a flexible, hands-on approach
• Stepping in wherever needed and further developing your skills across different sectionsThis role is a great fit for you if you:
