We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Operations Coordinator to provide operational and coordination support to senior leadership within a fast-paced international environment. The role requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure the smooth delivery of operational activities across several teams.et j

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, high-quality day-to-day support to senior managers, understanding priorities and helping teams operate effectively.
• Build strong working partnerships with stakeholders, taking ownership of actions and coordination with minimal supervision.
• Act as a central coordination point across multiple teams, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate complex international travel arrangements, including visas, logistics and supporting documentation.
• Support global assurance and audit programmes, including preparation, review and follow-up of reports and actions.
• Coordinate, review and publish controlled documents, procedures and manuals.
• Support office management and operational activities alongside leadership teams.
• Organise meetings, workshops and events from planning through to delivery.
• Work across multiple digital systems and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ways of working.
• Provide flexible support across the wider Technical Operations team.
• Monitor actions, deadlines and commitments to ensure effective delivery.
