Distribution Facility Supervisor

Role summary

Leads the building’s support functions so operations run securely and compliantly. The Facility Supervisor reports to the Senior Program Manager with a dotted line to the business-unit leader and directs IT & Systems Support, Safety & Security, Quality, Admin, Finance Analyst and Warehouse Analyst roles. Russell Neil holds this role for REV1 and RMAF1; the REV2 seat will be hired for the new building.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the building’s IT, Safety & Security, Quality, Admin and analyst staff.
• Own facility readiness: access control, CCTV coverage, maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Keep security, safety and quality programs documented and audit-ready.
• Partner with Operations Managers on process changes, layouts and equipment needs.
• Plan support staffing; hire, coach and evaluate EI support staff.
• Coordinate contract facility roles (CCTV Monitors, Facility Coordinators, Porters) with KP Staffing / Ascend.
• Lead incident response and corrective-action follow-up with the unit leader.
• Report facility and support performance and risks to the Senior Program Manager.

Program specifics

• REV2: stand up support functions, access control and CCTV for the new building to mirror REV1.
• High-value security posture: chain of custody, access control and CCTV for client inventory.
• Coordinate shared spaces such as the Annex with REV1 and RMAF1 leadership.
