HR Business Partner (People Partner Expert)

As a People Partner Expert, you are the strategic people partner for several business domains. You advise leaders on workforce planning, talent, leadership and organizational design, and take the lead on people topics during change and transformation. You balance business priorities with employee needs.

This role is for an experienced HR Business Partner with strong business acumen, influencing skills and experience in complex, changing environments. You get a broad strategic role with direct impact on leadership and organizational development, while working closely with Social Relations experts and other People teams to deliver integrated solutions.
