Senior Managing Consultant (Services Business Development, National Segments)

Join Mastercard as a Senior Managing Consultant, where you will be responsible for business development and account ownership within the Financial Institution segment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, lead pitches, construct agile sales teams, and represent Mastercard to senior-level client stakeholders. You will also drive coordination within various teams, own pricing and margin decisions, and manage workflows for deal management and revenue recognition. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in developing customer relationships.

• Responsable du développement commercial et de la gestion des comptes pour les services de Mastercard au sein du segment des institutions financières.
• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes pour identifier les besoins ou les lacunes des clients et diriger les présentations.
• Construire des équipes de vente agiles pour adapter les solutions aux besoins identifiés des clients.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, effectively influencing and building consensus
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills along with solid project management credentials
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to frame opportunities from a customer’s perspective
• Experience in developing and fostering customer relationships as a trusted partner, experience with Financial Institutions preferred
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and sell to a large client or cluster of clients
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and senior-level client facing skills
• Willing to travel to/work on client site for majority of time
