Software Engineering LMTS / PMTS (Software Factory)

Join Qualified, a cutting-edge software company, as a Software Engineer in our new Software Factory team. As one of the first engineers on the team, you will shape the development of our coding agents and their integration into our codebase. You will work closely with internal customers, including engineers, product managers, and designers, and have a direct impact on the success of our products.

• A heavy daily user of coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar), with real opinions about where they shine, where they fail, and how to instruct them
• Experienced building developer tooling or developer experience that other engineers depend on daily
• Experienced leading engineers to deliver complex systems
• Comfortable owning a containerized environment end to end, including its network rules and secrets handling
• Energized by ambiguity: a new team means the roadmap and conventions are still being written
• Able to turn messy signals (session logs, PR threads, eval results) into a specific fix and show it worked
• Pragmatic about build versus buy: the ecosystem moves weekly, and you'd rather integrate something great than rebuild it
