Accounts Receivable Specialist

Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, where you will play a critical role in managing the delivery-to-cash functions for assigned accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and your assigned sales team, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and resolution of billing discrepancies. You will also monitor key reports, analyze data, and drive process improvements to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Acting as the primary point of contact for the designated RevGen team and customers, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and resolution of billing discrepancies.
• Monitoring key reports, analyzing data, and driving process improvements to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ensuring timely payments and resolving concerns effectively.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Industry experience required
• 2+ years experience in a customer operations role
• Maturity to work effectively in negotiation discussions with customer and sales reps
• Oracle NetSuite experience & expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite, with an emphasis on Excel
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to handle a heavy workload and adaptability to work in fast paced environment
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite, with an emphasis on Excel-ability to do vlookups and pivot tables is required
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and as a team
