Accounts Receivable Specialist

Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, where you will play a critical role in managing the delivery-to-cash functions for assigned accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and your assigned sales team, providing guidance on upstream operational processes and leading projects to improve efficiency. You will also manage end-to-end invoicing, monitor uninvoiced revenue, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to cash allocation and payment discrepancies. • Acting as the primary point of contact for the designated RevGen team and customers, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and resolution of billing discrepancies.
• Managing end-to-end invoicing, including document collection, invoice uploads, billing methods, and timely submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance with each customer’s requirements.
• Monitoring key operational reports, analyzing customer-level trends, and recommending process improvements to internal and external teams.

• 0-1 years experience in a customer operations role
• Industry experience required
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and as a team
• Oracle NetSuite experience & expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite, with an emphasis on Excel
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite, with an emphasis on Excel-ability to do vlookups and pivot tables is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Maturity to work effectively in negotiation discussions with customer and sales reps
• Ability to handle a heavy workload and adaptability to work in fast paced environment
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
