Senior Accountant (Technical Accounting & Reporting)

• Analyser les nouvelles transactions complexes et préparer des mémos techniques d'expertise comptable.
• Préparer les états financiers conformes aux normes GAAP, les notes de bas de page et les annexes de soutien.
• Coordonner les demandes d'audit externe, maintenir la documentation de soutien et exécuter les contrôles.

• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and demonstrated experience researching accounting guidance and documenting technical conclusions
• Active CPA license
• Proficiency with Excel and experience with ERP and financial reporting systems; Workiva experience is preferred
• 3+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, technical accounting, financial reporting, and/or a high-growth operating environment
• Experience preparing or auditing financial statements, footnote disclosures, and supporting schedules
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Clear communication skills with strong ownership, judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
