Senior Accountant (Revenue)

Join UTA, a leading global entertainment company, as a Senior Accountant in the Revenue Accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate and timely revenue recognition and general accounting in accordance with U.S. GAAP. You will manage various aspects of revenue recognition, compliance, and client-reimbursable expenses, as well as support the annual financial statement audit and identify opportunities for process improvement. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

• The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented accountant, who excels at a fast-paced, high-volume desk
• NetSuite and NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (“ARM”) experience a plus
• CPA or working towards CPA preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort with large data sets
• An analytical mind who works in an organized manner with high attention to detail
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, revenue accounting experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to create processes and procedures while working in a very fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• High-energy level and a strong pro-active work ethic; self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Big 4 or other national public accounting firm experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 and US GAAP and month-end close processes
