Senior Manager of Strategic Finance

Join Hippocratic AI as a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance. In this high-impact role, you will provide strategic insights to the company's leadership during a period of rapid growth and increasing financial complexity. You will own full P&L forecasts, support margin analysis, and drive cost optimization initiatives. You will also prepare monthly commentaries on actuals vs budget, report on key business KPIs, and help prepare presentations for board meetings and fundraising. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and strategic finance/FP&A at a high-growth tech company, as well as a strong proficiency in Excel and experience working with financial software and systems.

• Undergrad degree in a quantitative field
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex analysis into actionable recommendations, adapting messaging effectively for audiences
• Very strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills and willingness to work with granular quantitative data
• Strong business judgment with the ability to work cross-functionally on ambiguous questions, and drive accountability with business counterparts
• High degree of ownership and independence with the ability to manage multiple priorities, create driver based forecasts/models, and proactively identifying opportunities and risks for the business
• 7-9 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and strategic finance/FP&A at a high-growth tech company
• High proficiency in Excel and experience working with financial software and systems
• AI first mindset with willingness to learn or experience working with AI applications like Claude Cowork and building dashboards/agents/skills to continuously improve and automate processes
• Experience working at a B2B Enterprise SAAS company
• Experience forecasting and owning GPU/cloud budgets
