Senior Accounts Payable Manager

Join FIGS, a fast-growing e-commerce company, as a Senior Accounts Payable Manager. In this role, you will fully own the management of the accounts payable organization, ensure adherence to PO rules, manage vendor relations, analyze invoices and expense reports, and maintain accurate financial records. You will also develop and train new employees, assist with the monthly close process, and prepare necessary annual reporting. This is a cross-functional role that requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and experience with Coupa and Netsuite.

• Fully own the management of the activities and operations in the accounts payable organization, coaching and mentoring accounts payable staff.
• Ensure all departments adhere to PO rules and work cross-functionally to ensure proper creation, approval, and closing of POs.
• Manage vendor relations and the implementation of vendor compliance, ensuring all vendors have provided appropriate documentation and are set up accurately prior to payment.

• This is a cross-functional role, so this person must enjoy working closely with multiple teams. The ideal candidate has experience with Coupa and Netsuite or a similar ERP and 7-10 years of accounts payable experience at fast-growing companies

• A strong command of accounts payable, ERP systems, AP Automation and an analytical mindset; we’re numbers people first
• An unrelenting attention to detail; you hate making mistakes
• Advanced experience in Coupa including Coupa Pay and InvoiceSmash
• Experience managing and developing accounts payable teams and a proven track record of improving AP processes
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with various internal teams, external accountants, vendors, and upper management
• Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
• E-commerce, consumer products or retail experience, a plus
• 7-10 years of experience in accounts payable oversight at a fast-growing company
