Accounts Payable Specialist

Join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist 2, where you'll manage our central billing inbox, process invoices, and reconcile vendor statements. • Gérer la boîte de réception de facturation centrale, en examinant, en répondant, en acheminant et en traitant les demandes des fournisseurs.
• Traiter les factures, gérer les soldes ouverts et rapprocher les relevés des fournisseurs.
• Identifier les goulets d'étranglement des processus et collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour construire des efficacités de processus durables et évolutives.

• You are a skilled communicator and natural collaborator who can guide cross-functional decision-making
• You are proficient in NetSuite, Excel, and Google Sheets and feel comfortable leveraging AI tools to optimize financial workflows. Coupa knowledge is a plus
