Manager of GTM Engineering (Professional Services)

Join ZoomInfo as a Manager of GTM Engineering within the Professional Services arm. Lead a high-performing team, drive technical delivery standards, and partner with various departments to ensure successful project execution. You will manage day-to-day operations, own capacity planning, and serve as an escalation point for complex engagements. This role requires a seasoned consulting leader with a strong background in technical consulting and professional services operations.

• Lead and manage a high-performing team of GTM Engineers, ensuring their professional development and performance.
• Own capacity planning, utilization, and staffing across active engagements and the pre-sales pipeline, balancing customer commitments and team workload.
• Partner with Sales leadership and account teams on pre-sales technical strategy, scoping standards, pricing and hour estimation, and enterprise SOW review.

• Hands-on technical experience with cloud data warehousing platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and enterprise data architectures
• Deep expertise in APIs, integrations, automation, and modern solution architecture, with the credibility to guide and review complex technical designs
• Experience managing project portfolios in tools such as Asana, and connecting delivery data to reporting systems such as Snowflake or Salesforce
• Proven track record of managing and developing technical teams, including managers or team leads, in a professional services or enterprise delivery environment
• Professional certifications in Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, or formal project and program management methodologies (PMP, Agile/Scrum, ScrumMaster)
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience partnering with Sales on scoping, pricing, hour estimation, proposals, and enterprise SOW development
• Strong operational discipline, including experience building and running processes for status reporting, time tracking, project governance, and delivery quality
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, reporting, and portfolio or utilization analytics
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to represent technical depth, team performance, and portfolio health to senior leadership
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
• Advanced command of emerging GTM technologies, including generative AI applications, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows
• Expert-level understanding of enterprise GTM technology ecosystems including complex CRM architectures (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics), marketing automation, sales engagement, intent platforms, and cloud data environments
• Experience hiring, leveling, and promoting talent, and building structured onboarding, coaching, and development programs
• Demonstrated experience with capacity planning, resource allocation, utilization management, and pipeline-based staffing across a portfolio of concurrent engagements
• Formal training or certification in management, coaching, or leadership development
• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, implementation, or professional services within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments, including 3+ years of people leadership
• Collaborative leadership mindset with a proven ability to build trusted partnerships across Sales, Product, Engineering, CX, and executive stakeholders
• Experience building or scaling a professional services, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering practice
• Experience with MCP, CLI tools, webhooks, and other programmatic solution patterns at enterprise scale
