The goal is to have someone who can step in, take ownership of tasks, and provide thoughtful support where it is most needed.
The ideal person is reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently. We are looking for someone who notices details, follows through, communicates well, and takes pride in doing quality work. A warm, calm presence is especially important when supporting elderly family members, and we value someone who is trustworthy, flexible, and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
