Responsibilities

• You'll be the go-to contact for candidates and Talent Acquisition Partners — keeping candidates moving through the hiring process.
• Day-to-day, you'll engage with active candidates, schedule phone screenings, and connect them with Talent Acquisition Partners to help move them through the hiring process.
• This is a unique opportunity to represent Community and help recruit for a system with over 12,000 team members.

High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required 2 years of administrative, data entry, customer service, or relevant experience required Experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Marketing preferred Disclaimers
