Talent Acquisition Project Intern (TikTok - Product and Design) - 2027 Start

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and recommend candidates based on job descriptions, and conduct alignment calls to gauge candidate interest.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment logistics including interview scheduling and feedback follow-up.
• Develop and maintain recruitment channels, update job postings, and conduct talent market mapping and research.
• Support HR data compilation and analytics, and contribute to exploring recruitment best practices.

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Strong cross-cultural awareness and inclusiveness.
• Professional proficiency in Chinese, Japanese and Korean required, as the role involves collaborations with China teams and end-to-end recruiting across Japan and Korea.
• Excellent communication and logical thinking skills, with the ability to gather information efficiently and extract key insights.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management systems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Overseas study experience.
