Job Description
Join Horizon3, a dynamic and growing cybersecurity company, as a Senior Field Marketing Manager for the Northwest region. In this ownership role, you will build and execute the regional marketing strategy, connecting events with digital air cover, ABM, and SDR alignment. You will also mentor other field marketers and set the standard for field marketing operations at Horizon3. This position offers growth opportunities, an innovation-driven culture, a flexible work environment, and an inclusive and diverse team.
- Own the annual and quarterly field marketing plan for the Northwest region, aligned to regional pipeline targets, segment priorities, and sales capacity.
- Plan and execute a portfolio of high-signal programs, including CISO dinners, executive roundtables, third-party conferences, hosted roadshows, and account-specific activations.
- Own regional pipeline contribution reporting, including meetings booked, pipeline created, pipeline influenced, and stage progression, all tied to program spend.
- Track record of building repeatable field program frameworks, not one-off events
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, or equivalent) for integrated campaign coordination
- Experience running ABM-aligned field programs tied to named account lists, including executive dinners and CISO roundtables
- 5 to 8 years of B2B field marketing experience, including ownership of a region or segment
- Demonstrated ability to build and run a field program portfolio with measurable pipeline outcomes, CPO discipline, and executive-level reporting
- Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline tracking, campaign attribution, and performance reporting
- Strong financial fluency: comfortable building CPO models, presenting ROI cases to leadership, and recommending investment trade-offs
- Deep experience partnering with sales leadership and SDR management on pre- and post-program alignment, sequencing, and follow-up accountability
- Excellent written communication: executive-facing event briefs, compelling invite copy, and clear post-event performance summaries
- Experience in cybersecurity field marketing. You understand the CISO and security practitioner buyer, the enterprise security sales cycle, and the competitive landscape
- Existing relationships with the security community, venues, and partners in the region
- Background in financial services, healthcare, or SLED, where compliance shapes how buyers evaluate security
