Senior Accountant (SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting)

Join FIGS, a leading healthcare apparel company, as a Senior Accountant specializing in SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting. In this role, you will be responsible for financial reporting, technical accounting, and stock administration functions. You will prepare and file all external reports required by the SEC, support quarterly reviews and the annual audit, and manage stock administration. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, deep knowledge of US GAAP, and experience working at a public company.

• Preparation and filing of all external reports required by the SEC, including the 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other SEC filings.
• Support quarterly reviews and the annual audit, build management reports, research, interpret and implement new accounting policies.
• Manage stock administration and equity compensation accounting, maintain thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) is required
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, including equity and stock compensation accounting
• Experience with NetSuite, Workiva and/or Equity Edge a plus
• Experience with stock administration a plus
• E-commerce experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, including written and verbal communication, especially in developing positions and presenting to management, auditors, and non-accounting stakeholders
• Experience working at a public company/SEC registrant
• CPA with 2-5 years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Ability to conduct research using various resources and effectively communicate results
• Must be detail oriented and have ability to multitask
• Strong technical accounting and analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• An understanding of API or integrations between NetSuite, Workiva, Equity/Edge a plus
