Recruiting Operations Specialist (Contract)

• Dedicate a large portion of your time to interview scheduling and coordination, managing calendars, logistics, and last-minute changes.
• Manage day-to-day operations in Greenhouse and Gem, maintaining consistent workflows and clean, reliable data through regular audits and improvements.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes, tools, and workflows that strengthen the candidate and hiring team experience.

• You’ll bring proactive ownership, strong attention to detail, and a drive to make recruiting better
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• A strong interest in reporting and analytics, with the ability to translate recruiting data into clear, actionable insights
• Experience delivering an exceptional candidate experience, with strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Dependable execution and curiosity; you enjoy keeping daily recruiting activities running smoothly while finding ways to make them better
• A driven, proactive approach: you anticipate needs, take initiative, and follow through with minimal direction
• Ability to work from Labelbox’s San Francisco headquarters 3 to 4 days per week
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, or people operations preferred
• Excellent organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Deep expertise in Greenhouse and Gem, including Gem Analytics, reporting, and data management
