Senior Director FP&A

Join Kikoff, a rapidly growing fintech company, as the Senior Director of FP&A. In this role, you will report to the CFO and serve as a key financial thought partner to the leadership team. You will own the company's financial planning, forecasting, and analysis functions, and work closely with cross-functional leaders to build the financial infrastructure and planning processes needed for a late-stage fintech company. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in FP&A or a related financial discipline, with a strong business acumen and a track record of building credibility with senior stakeholders.

• AI-first mindset with a track record of driving cross-functional adoption of AI tools in financial analysis and planning workflows
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear, compelling narratives for executive and board audiences
• Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and a track record of building credibility and trust with senior cross-functional stakeholders
• 15+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or a related financial discipline, with significant operating experience at a high-growth company
• Experience with modern planning systems: Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or comparable tools; ability to own the roadmap and optimization of Kikoff's planning infrastructure
• Expert financial modeler with deep experience building driver-based models that capture unit economics, cohort behavior, and multi-product revenue dynamics
• Comfortable operating as a player-coach - willing to roll up your sleeves on detailed analysis and models while managing and developing a growing team
• Demonstrated track record of financial leadership at a late-stage private or newly public company strongly valued
• Background at a late-stage or public fintech, e-commerce, marketplace, or internet company with high transaction volumes preferred
