Senior Manager of Finance Analytics

In this role, you will lead the Finance Analytics function, work closely with the leadership team on financial planning and performance monitoring, and drive cross-functional collaboration. • Strong analytical and data skills spanning SQL and end-to-end financial modeling; experience with dbt, Snowflake, Python, and BI tools is a plus
• Empathy, humility, and curiosity
• Excitement and passion for new AI tools, such as Claude and Gemini, and eagerness to learn how they can improve day-to-day efficiency
• Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring senior analysts and raising a team’s technical bar
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development, with a track record of owning forecasting methodology or financial strategy, including driver-based financial modeling, long-range planning, scenario analysis, and unit economics
• Ability and interest in thinking beyond the finance organization, considering other teams’ challenges, and prioritizing what is best for the business holistically
• Ability to synthesize complex analysis into board- and executive-level materials; experience in Insurtech, fintech, or financial services is a strong plus
