Senior Visual Designer (Visual Systems)

Join OKX, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, as a Senior Visual Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting the visual layer of OKX products, ensuring a distinctive and coherent brand expression. You will work within OKX's Visual Systems infrastructure, contribute to scalable visual frameworks, and bridge brand and product design. You will also design product campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally, and actively integrate AI into your design workflow. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in visual design, UI design, or digital-focused brand design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating attention to detail and modern taste.

• Contribuer aux systèmes visuels. • Traduire la direction de la marque en expériences visuelles in-product. Travailler avec l'équipe de conception de la marque pour garantir que l'identité visuelle est cohérente du marketing au produit central, tout en l'adaptant de manière réfléchie aux objectifs du produit.

• Actively use generative tools for ideation, exploration, prototyping, and production; apply creative judgment to refine outputs and explore scalable workflows
• An exceptional eye for layout, composition, and hierarchy, with the ability to turn ideas into clear, high-quality visual solutions quickly and decisively
• Comfort working at the intersection of brand and product, translating brand direction into product experiences that meet user and business needs while allowing distinctive product expression
• Familiarity with how visual design integrates with front-end implementation, including CSS, design tokens, and component architecture
• Exceptional visual craft across typography, color, composition, layout, interaction, and detail, with thoughtful design decisions and a strong eye for polish
• Experience creating or contributing to scalable design systems, including tokens, components, patterns, and a coherent visual language across a product
• Strong visual, illustration, and interaction ideation skills, including the ability to create original visual assets
• Clear, collaborative communication skills, including the ability to explain design rationale and work effectively with product designers, engineers, product managers, and Brand Design
• Experience taking product experiences from wireframes to polished, production-ready UI, and understanding how visual design supports usability, hierarchy, trust, product goals, and measurable outcomes
• Strong UI and digital design fundamentals across product, responsive web, and mobile experiences; mobile-first experience is essential
• Experience working with globally distributed teams across offices and time zones
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with the ability to communicate interaction and motion intent through high-fidelity prototypes
• Experience designing for fintech, crypto, or trading platforms, with an understanding of the visual language of trust, precision, and data density
• 4–6 years of experience in visual design, UI design, digital-focused brand design, or a related discipline, with a portfolio demonstrating strong craft, modern taste, and attention to detail
• Experience creating light animation is a strong plus; experience with 3D software or a genuine willingness to learn is highly valued
