Revenue Accounting Manager

• Own complex components of the monthly and quarterly revenue close process, including preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations, flux analyses, and revenue-related reporting.
• Apply and interpret ASC 606 revenue recognition guidance, including evaluation of contract terms, performance obligations, variable consideration, usage-based fees, and consumption-based arrangements.
• Identify, recommend, and lead small, complex multi-stakeholder projects that result in process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and control within revenue accounting operations.

• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating effectively across teams
• Proficiency in Excel and other key Microsoft applications; advanced Excel skills preferred
• Strong technical accounting foundation with the ability to research, document, and communicate accounting conclusions
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new systems, tools, processes, and evolving business requirements
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant experience in revenue accounting and the application of ASC 606
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and demonstrated experience executing, documenting, or improving internal controls
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience with ERP, revenue recognition, billing, CRM, or data analytics tools preferred
