Job Description

Seeking an Ambulatory Hematology/Oncology Clinical Pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy services to adult hematology/oncology patients. Key responsibilities include delivering in-depth clinical pharmacy care and educating medical and pharmacy staff. Ideal candidates will have a Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree and experience in oncology clinical practice.
