Senior Surveillance Officer

Join Bally's Casino as a Senior Surveillance Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring all customer and team member activities in various areas of the casino, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. You will also assist in training Surveillance Operators and oversee surveillance activities in the absence of the Surveillance Supervisor. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with one year of surveillance experience.

• Plan, communicate, and implement procedures in accordance with Surveillance Director.
• Observe all customer and team member activities in all monitored areas, including, but not limited to, casino floor, cage, count room, restaurants, and back of house common areas.
• Monitor activity for criminal activity, violation of Missouri Gaming Commission regulations, and/or violation of company policies and procedures.
