Manager - Player Services

Join Bally's, a leading gaming and entertainment company, as the Manager of Player Services. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting a service-driven culture, coordinating promotions and events, issuing player cards, and managing the Player Services team. You will also respond to escalated guest concerns and service issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The target salary for this position is $66,000 per year, with additional benefits including $7 daily employee parking.

• Perform duties related to the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program and maintain strict regulatory compliance.
• Support a service-driven culture by ensuring every guest interaction reflects Bally’s commitment to excellence.
• Coordinate with Marketing and other departments to ensure successful execution of promotions and events.
