FP&A Analyst

Join our team as an FP&A Analyst, where you'll serve as a business partner to functional leaders, track spend, forecast, and explain financial drivers. You'll own the monthly forecast and budget-to-actual inputs for your partner areas, develop inputs to the company-wide forecast, and prepare analysis for leadership. • Serve as a business partner to functional leaders, tracking spend, forecasting, and explaining financial performance.
• Own the monthly forecast and budget-to-actual inputs for partner areas, and develop inputs to the company-wide forecast.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline manual workflows and enhance reporting accuracy.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment and managing multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with finance systems (ERP such as NetSuite; FP&A planning tool such as Datarails)
• Comfortable with AI tools and finding ways to automate manual work
• 2+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role, supporting forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Can operate independently and carry projects forward with minimal direction
• Exceptional business partnering and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Familiarity with Foundry or other similar data platforms
• Aerospace, defense, or hardware/manufacturing finance experience
• Exposure to international or multi-region financial reporting
