Staff Accountant

You'll be responsible for processing high volume accounting transactions, supporting the month-end and quarter-end close process, and assisting with GAAP financial statements. • Process high volume day-to-day accounting transactions, including corporate card review and coding, T&E processing, general ledger activity, and daily cash and bank activity.
• Support the month-end and quarter-end close process by preparing journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, fixed asset additions, prepaid expense amortization, and supporting schedules.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational alignment.

• The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and executes at high velocity without compromising accuracy
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience in public accounting (Big Four preferred) or at a start-up or high-growth technology or manufacturing company
• CPA License or CPA candidate
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP Systems (e.g., NetSuite)
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Passionate about accounting operations and growth, with a hands-on, roll-up your sleeves mentality and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, ever-changing start-up environment
• Tech-savvy with a track record of picking up new systems quickly and a comfort with automation and AI tools
