Strategic Growth Partner

Join Compass International Holdings as a Strategic Growth Partner (SGP) and play a key role in driving market expansion. As the face of the company, you will educate our agent community on the benefits of contributing to our strategic growth and identify potential agents for our closing team. This role offers a direct path to becoming a Strategic Growth Manager (SGM) and requires a track record of excellence in strategic and operational responsibilities, strong communication skills, and a self-starter attitude.

• Track record of excellence across strategic, operational, and detail-demanding functional responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience and a history of strong performance (SDR, Customer Success/Service, Direct Sales, Account Management)
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to exercise judgment, solve difficult problems without direct supervision, and comfortably navigate ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively lead client meetings and presentations
• Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills; a natural leader with a positive, solutions-oriented mentality
