Business Development Representative

Join Compass International Holdings as a Business Development Representative, where you will be responsible for driving market expansion and generating new business opportunities. You will educate our agent community on the benefits of contributing to our strategic growth and identify potential agents to introduce to our closing team. This role offers a direct path to becoming a Strategic Growth Manager.

• Générer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales pour construire un pipeline de ventes grâce à des efforts stratégiques d'inbound et d'outbound.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les gestionnaires de croissance stratégique et les chefs d'équipe pour développer des stratégies de prospection réussies.
• Documenter toutes les activités dans notre CRM, en maintenant une gestion des données impeccable.

• A track record of excellence across strategic, operational, and detail-demanding functional responsibilities
• A self-starter attitude and the ability to exercise judgment, solve difficult problems without direct supervision, and navigate ambiguity
• Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills, with a positive, solutions-oriented mentality
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, with a history of strong performance in SDR, Customer Success or Service, Direct Sales, or Account Management
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead client meetings and presentations effectively
• Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
