• Partner with Engineering leaders to align people strategy with business priorities and outcomes.
• Advise on people and organizational challenges across org design, workforce planning, performance, change management, and ER.
• Coach and influence leaders to build high-performing teams and navigate difficult decisions with clarity and empathy.

• Ability to use data and business context to identify trends, develop recommendations, and inform decisions
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR/PBP supporting business leaders
• Skilled coach and business partner who can build credibility, influence leaders, and navigate challenging conversations
• Strong ownership and execution, with the ability to turn ambiguous needs into practical solutions and drive work through completion
• Strong judgment and ability to independently manage day-to-day people and organizational challenges
• HR degree or certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or related)
• Experience using people analytics to identify trends and inform organizational decisions
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced technology environments
• Experience supporting Engineering or other highly technical organizations
