You will lead full-cycle recruitment for various finance-related roles, focusing on building a pipeline of top ex-front-office talent. This role requires strategic partnership with business leaders, targeted sourcing strategies, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will also establish Rogo as an employer of choice in finance circles and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for finance-adjacent roles, focusing on building and owning a pipeline of ex-front-office talent.
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, designing and executing targeted sourcing strategies, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Establish Rogo as an employer of choice in finance circles by attending industry events, engaging alumni communities, and building referral networks.

• Excellent communication skills and a polished presence for candidate and stakeholder interactions
• 5+ years of full-cycle experience recruiting finance, front-office, or similar elite talent
• Proven ability to source, engage, and convert passive candidates in competitive markets
• Intellectual curiosity about finance, data, and how top talent builds enduring impact
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent searches with high urgency and quality
• Fluency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter), ATS systems (e.g., Ashby), and recruiting metrics
