Americas Sales Business Partner Manager

As the Americas Sales Business Partner Manager, you will work closely with sales leaders across the Americas to ensure alignment between sales strategy and execution, foster collaboration, and drive operational excellence. You will be responsible for translating strategy into actionable operational plans, managing forecast and pipeline health, providing business performance insights, and engaging in localized planning and sales ops activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in sales operations or strategy consulting, with a strong background in the software/tech industry.

• Be the Business partner to GTM leaders; challenge the status quo and shape & execute business strategy.
• Translate strategy into actionable operational plans & execute, and be the Voice of sales in cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage forecast and pipeline health; drive predictability for month/quarter/year, and provide business performance insights.

• Proficiency in sales planning and operations including sales coverage, segmentation, territory planning, sales compensation strategy and executing a rhythm of business (MBRs, QBRs, etc)
• 6+ years of experience in sales operations, sales, strategy consulting; minimum 2+ years directly partnering with senior software/tech sales leaders ($1B+ sales orgs)
• Problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and align senior leadership and teams
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years' of experience; graduate degree a plus
