• Lead the annual and semi-annual target-setting cycles for the global sales organization, ensuring targets are ambitious, achievable, and backed by robust analytical modeling.
• Present target proposals, growth opportunities, and complex data insights to senior leadership using clear, data-backed narratives.
• Extract actionable insights from large, complex datasets using advanced analytical and statistical methods to optimize revenue efficiency.

• 6+ years of combined experience in Strategic Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Data Analytics within a fast-paced technology environment
• Hands-on expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
• Strong project management skills, including experience managing cross-functional dependencies and scoping requirements
• Deep understanding of core GTM processes & metrics (productivity, pipeline conversion, forecasting)
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical findings into strategic, business-focused recommendations for leadership
• Proven track record of leading target-setting cycles and planning frameworks for a GTM organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence and build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts, with experience using Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling
