Client Success Manager

Join our team as a Client Success Manager, where you will be a strategic partner to our clients and a key driver of revenue growth. In this role, you will own a portfolio of clients, serve as their primary point of contact, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaign success. You will monitor performance data, identify optimizations, and drive upsell opportunities. This position requires strong client management skills, experience in digital advertising, and a willingness to travel as needed.

• Self-starter with a collaborative attitude, eager to learn and contribute
• Experience with campaign management tools, ad platforms (DSP/SSP), or reporting systems a plus
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
• Strong client management and communication skills, with confidence leading data driven conversations
• 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising, media, marketing, or client services, ideally within an ad tech, agency, or publisher environment
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Strong analytical mindset with working knowledge of Excel and comfort interpreting performance data
