Customer Service/Courier - EAG Laboratories

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detailed oriented Customer Service Representative/Courier to support all operations related to incoming samples, picking up samples, dropping off samples, providing support for internal/external customers.  In addition to operations, supporting receptionist desk, answering incoming calls and providing support for internal/external customers. CSR will partner with members of the Customer Service and Operations teams.

Responsibilities:

• Enter samples into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Manage incoming/outgoing couriers; process return samples to customers in a timely manner.
• Back up for Courier, picking up and dropping off client samples
• Provide additional support to the Customer Service team and intercompany departments

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am-5:30pm
