Supervisor - Beverage Hourly

Join our team as a Supervisor in the Beverage Department. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining employee schedules, tracking inventory, handling guest complaints, and monitoring guest intoxication levels. You will also motivate employees to work as a team and evaluate their performance. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The target salary for this position is $17.50 per hour.

• Maintaining schedules of all employees on assigned shift, keeping track of inventory, and ordering supplies as needed.
• Handling guest complaints in a professional manner, monitoring guests to determine their level of intoxication, and offering coffee or water if necessary.
• Motivating employees to be team players, evaluating employees based on job performance, and carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies.
