ホテルの収益最大化を目的として、宿泊商品の販売戦略、料金管理、流通チャネル管理、団体・FITコントロール、予約オペレーションを統括し、ホテル全体のCommercial戦略を推進する。​ 国内・海外マーケットを分析し、市場環境に応じた販売施策を立案・実行するとともに、IHGブランド基準を遵守しながらRevenue・Reservations・Distributionの最適化を行う。​ ​
