Talent Operations Specialist

Join Applied Intuition as a Senior Talent Operations Specialist, where you'll lead high-impact recruiting initiatives and own the strategic vision for critical recruiting infrastructure. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational leadership, and technical fluency. You'll partner with executives and recruiting leadership to design the next generation of our hiring systems and programs.

• Lead the strategic vision and execution for critical recruiting infrastructure, including automation systems and operational frameworks.
• Design and deploy enterprise-level automation, AI sourcing agents, and integrated candidate portals to enhance the recruiting process.
• Build strategic partnerships with talent networks, universities, and industry organizations to expand reach and influence all hiring channels.

• Technical fluency in systems integration, automation, and data flows (APIs, backend workflows)
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, technical program management, or talent strategy
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Exceptional strategic thinking skills—you can connect immediate operational needs with long-term vision
• Proven ability to design and execute programs at scale in high-growth or enterprise environments
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field, business, or related discipline
• Demonstrated success in building cross-functional alignment at the executive level
