Platform Marketing Lead

Join Affirm as a Platform Marketing Lead, where you'll develop and execute merchant acquisition and activation programs through Affirm's platform and ISV channels. This hands-on role involves channel strategy, campaign development, partner collaboration, asset creation, execution, and measurement. You'll work closely with various teams and partners to drive acquisition, launch, activation, pipeline, GMV, and revenue.

• Experience selecting and managing multiple marketing channels against a defined business objective
• Clear recommendations, personal ownership, and willingness to handle execution details
• A track record of measuring acquisition, conversion, activation, pipeline, revenue, or comparable commercial outcomes
• Hands-on experience building campaign briefs, messaging, content, presentations, or performance reports
• Strong analytical judgment, including the ability to make decisions when attribution or performance data is incomplete
• 6+ years of experience in integrated, channel, growth, lifecycle, demand generation, or product marketing
• Strong project management across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Ability to learn new products, audiences, and business models quickly
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
