Contract Recruiter (Contractor)

Join Amplify, a mission-driven company in the EdTech industry, as a Contract Recruiter. In this role, you will own the full recruitment life cycle, develop sourcing strategies, and act as a talent advisor to hiring managers. This is a full-time contract position with an expected duration of 6 months and the potential for extension.

• 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an in-house environment
• Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to source, network with, and assess candidates across multiple disciplines and levels
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and the Google Suite of products
• Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS and Workday HRIS
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute creative sourcing strategies across a variety of functions including Product, Finance, Technology, Sales, and Administrative roles with a special focus on Product and Technology
• Previous recruiting experience in the Education or EdTech industry
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across all levels from entry-level candidates to senior leadership
• Strong client service orientation with a demonstrated ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage competing priorities with minimal oversight
• An innovative, solutions-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for process improvement
