People Operations Partner

As a People Operations Partner, you will be the primary point of contact for Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience, managing the employee lifecycle and supporting the global Contingent Workforce Program. You will also provide immigration support as needed. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for improving employee experience.

• Serve as the primary People Operations Partner for Engineering, Product, and CX, managing and improving employee lifecycle processes.
• Own Illumio’s global Contingent Workforce Program, managing the contingent worker lifecycle and advising managers on engagement models.
• Support day-to-day U.S. immigration operations in partnership with external immigration counsel, tracking visa expirations and mobility activities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience managing global contingent workforce programs required
• 5+ years of experience in HR/People Operations, or a related HR Generalist role, including supporting Engineering, Product, and CX organizations experience preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment in handling confidential employee information
• Experience with Workday and Microsoft Fabric or a similar analytics platform, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations best practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting U.S. immigration program
